The site is in located in the CBD of Bangalore with two sides walls touching the adjacent building. Since there was an existing 30 year old building with footings abutting the adjacent building, there were challenges while pulling down the older building and arresting the earth underneath the footing of the adjoining buildings.

This building was designed to accomodated uber luxury apartment spanning 7000 sft each unit. It was propsed to have an office/commercial complex at the front and residential units at the rear end of the property. The building drew its fluidic inspiration from the "Mushroom". Double skinned free flowing louvered facade created a stunning impact for the facade of the buidling.
