This was a commercial building situated on one of the most prime areas of Bangalore, Church Street. The client didn't want to cover the facade windows allowing maximum visibility into the building. At the same time, the harsh west sunlight brings in a lot of heat, which had to be cut out. 



Along with this the client also wanted a building which could create a statement in that entire street. Hence we developed a facade which could cut out light, at the same time arrest all the floor plates together since this steel building had extensive cantilevers along with a breathtaking facade. The result was the development of MS louvers fixed in the form of a wave which gives the look of the mast of a ship when looked at from the edge of the building.
